If you decide not to qualify then you automatically start the race from 22nd (last) place. After that race the game then moves to the next circuit, and so on, until you have completed all of the races in the season. The graphics are very good, although because the racing is very fast it sometimes does take a lot of practice to get to know the circuits and where the corners are. This game has always been one of my favourites although now it is starting to get a bit dated. Like all the previous and current F1 car racing games, this game has a commentary by the great Murray Walker. There are three modes to chose from and these are the Quick Race, the Grand Prix Championship and the two player races. In the Quick Race you have the choice of track, team etc. This mode is very much like the arcade version, where you just race. In the Grand Prix mode you can choose between a complete world championship season or a single race. The choice of drivers is obviously from those who were in the teams in 1999. If you choose the ... I know the opinion I am writing will not get many reads but I thought I should do it any way so that the game has at least one opinion in it. So here, it is my opinion on the racing game Formula One ’99. I got this game for Christmas in 1999 well over a year ago now. I had received Formula 1 98 the Christmas before so it is only natural that I would ask for this one again. I found that Formula one 98 was a terrible game and really should not have come out. I had been reading reviews in magazines about Formula one 99 and it sounded very good. A different developer, Studio 33, made this game.
