The game has been around for a while now, but it has to be one of my all time favourites. You begin with a small domain with limited resources and a small industrial base. You have to get roads built to bring in resources and food to your capital. There isn't really enough in your kingdom to enable any really serios expansion of your industrial base or your merchant marine, so you have to cast an envious eye towards your smaller neighbours and plot some military expansion very early on.
