There are ordinary scooters and bicycles, as well as some meatier motors such as a Superbike and the fabulous Jet Trike! I'm sure the term 'budget release' strikes fear into the hearts of many an experienced gamer, and so when the little known cartoon racer Kotobuki Grand Prix appeared around Christmas 2002 a full three years after it's original Japanese release, expectations weren't exactly massive. A straight to bargain-bin release (please don't go, it's gets better!) and available for only £6.67, Kotobuki Grand Prix is a jolly little cartoon racer in the mould of Speed Freaks and Crash Team Racing, in which winning races is down to a combination of speed and cunning manipulation of weaponry, used to get the upper hand over rivals.
