As you can probably tell from my DooYoo name, RPG Freak, I love RPG’s and while I’ve been, impatiently, waiting for ‘Final Fantasy ix’ I got my hands on a game called ‘The Legend Of Legaia’. You, with the help of your friends and your Ra-Seru, must save Legaia from the mysterious mist that is turning the Seru against humans. “What are Seru?” I hear you cry. Well, there are many different types of Seru 1) Normal Seru, creatures that join to humans and give them special powers e.g. enable them to fly. 2) Ra-Seru, a rare type of Seru which Join to humans and enable them to become stronger and use ... Give this game one hour of your time and you will be hooked.i know ive just finished it 35hours of work and i enjoyed every minute of it. it starts out as your typicall rpg . young hero out on a quest to save the world , meets freinds and together they embark on finding out why their world is being attaced by a mysterious mist. and so the story grabs you and wont let go. the towns and map field are well up to the standard that you would expect also the in town elements of talking to characters to find out whats going on never bores but ensures you are always aware what to do and where to go without making it to linear. this game didnt get much coverage in the ... Legend of Legaia is a 3D RPG with an entertaining combat system, but a few flaws that hinder the game later on. Graphically the game is all right, the 3D work is consistent and the environment is well built. It doesn't reach the excellence of Final Fantasy 8, but it is at least always functional. The sound is largely nondescript, there's nothing really of note about it, neither bad nor particularly good. Gameplay for the most part is standard RPG fare, explore, meet people, fight through dungeons, but that more than suits me. You play the role of Vahn, a young boy in a small village. The world is shrouded in an evil mist through which no one can travel ... Read the complete review

This game is great i got it when i was younger and thought it was bloody brilliant. The best point about this game for me is the battle system its very unique and great. You move around the arena as you attack, you have four attacks, R leg, L leg, R arm, L arm and depends on wheather your character is right or left handed you'l hold your weapon in, Instead of L arm it'll be Dagger. You use your attacks in a certain way and you'l do special moves. Anyway enough about that, the story line goes there is mist covering the earth which attracks monsters the only way to save the world is reviving special trees that push back the mist. Very simple game to get to grips with equip ... Read the complete review
