If ever wondered what it is like to be a football manager then this is the game for you. LMA Manager covers all aspects of the job of the football manager. You can choose to start at the top, and try your hand at manageing Manchester United OR if you feel like more of a challange you can manager a team like Barnet and try working your way up the divisions.

LMA manager has an easy to use system which allows you to take total control of your team, or if you want to leave some of the more tiresome tasks to the staff which you can employ, this keeps you interested in the game.

The transfer system is easy to use and you are kept informed by the way of regular emails. Bidding for players is not as simple as just picking a player, you have to tempt them with bonuses and incentives such as goal scoring bonus or clauses in the contracts which allows the players to leave if you end up relegated. You also have the option of promoting youth players to the team who have done well in the reserves.

There are other options in the game such as a tactic section which allows you to change the team and positions of the players in an attempt to out wit your opponents. Your scouts also help you with this by the way of E-mails telling you on your opponents last performance. Also there is a section which allows you to control the building of your stadium, hire & sack staff and take on sponsors to boost your clubs income.

Compared to Championship manager 2000 this game is easy to use and doesn't take a long time between screens which keeps you interested in the game.

The down side of this game is that when trying to bid of a big player like Figo or Zindane 90% of the time you will get an E-mail saying the player has no intention of playing for you team however much money you offer so having pots of money sometimes doesn't help. But there are plenty of other players to choose from which will play for you club, and are worth buying.
r>There is also an Interactive TV feature which allows you to watch the replay of your Games.

Overall I would say that if your looking for a football manager game then this game is the one to buy.
