First the story: And so it was at the beginning of the 21st century the nuclear weapons disposal facility on Shadow Moss Island in Alaska's Fox Archipelago is attacked and captured by Next Generation Special Forces led by members of Foxhound. The terrorists have got their hands on hundreds of nuclear warheads and they are demanding that the government turn over the remains of Big Boss. They warn that if the demands aren't met within 24 hours, they will launch a nuclear weapon. Solid snake is again called into action to take down the greatest terrorist threat the world has ever seen with top secrecy. His mission…I mean your mission is to single handily rescue the DARPA chief and the president of ArmsTech, then eliminate the terrorists and prevent the nuclear launch within 24 hours, good luck you are going to need it.
Does this game sound interesting well let me answer that question for you, yes. This game has the best use of the 32-bit playstation I have seen in my gaming career. The number of levels and extra missions are uncountable, and the art of stealth is a great idea for a playstation. The graphics are great and the controls are easy to master. You get to use over 20 objects during the game and over 15 different enemies including bosses will keep your hands full for quite a while. This game is very cheap now because it has been out for a while. There is a new game to add on to this game and it is called Metal Gear 2 and that looks just as good.
I hope you buy this game if you all ready haven’t because it is worth its weight in gold.
