Monopoly is a well known board game you either love or hate. As a child, I loved it, to the extent that I'd play games with a friend which we tried to keep going for days. I even invented my own version, called Seanopoly - however this had a serious flaw - I was the only one who could ever win. As a teenager I found myself buying a computer system just so that I could practise strategy! I've had many systems since, the latest being the Playstation. Do you love Monopoly? Do people try and cheat? Can it be a pain with all the little bits? Well Monopoly for the PS1 may be the answer. You can set up your rules that some peole change, such as: free parking, going round the board once before any purchase, and things like that. You can have upto 4 players in a game using up to 4 controllers, if you want more than 4 you need a contoller splitter. I have always loved the game of Monopoly ever since i understood how to play and the idea behind the game. In my world there was no game that ever beat it. That is still the case in that no other board game even comes close to touching Monopoly. So naturally when the game entered the market on the PC i jumped at the chance. And why not might you ask? Well, doo yoo?? I love monopoly the board game, and this game on the playstation is just as good. If you have the same problem as me - no one will play the board game with you - then this game is for you. The game offers the option of paying with up to three human players(four in total including you), or up to three computer opponants. You can chose the piece you wish to be (iron, boot etc....).
