Do you love a game of Monopoly? Is it a pain getting it all set up? Are there just too many small bits? Do you get confused when sorting things out? Is packing it away a pain? All of this is solved with Monopoly for the Play Station 1. You can play against the computer or with up to 3 other players at a time. You can either use one controller or select who uses what controller to play (you will need an adapter for 4 controllers). You start off with setting the game up and choosing you pieces to play with. You then use the controller to guide the cursor, unless you have a play station mouse, to guide to rolling the dice and then you ... Read the complete review

Monopoly is a well known board game you either love or hate. As a child, I loved it, to the extent that I'd play games with a friend which we tried to keep going for days. I even invented my own version, called Seanopoly - however this had a serious flaw - I was the only one who could ever win. As a teenager I found myself buying a computer system just so that I could practise strategy! I've had many systems since, the latest being the Playstation. Anyone who's played it on the PC, will soon realise that it's pretty much identical, especially graphically. The main advantages over the traditional board game are: 1. You don't need any friends, as you ... Read the complete review

Do you love Monopoly? Do people try and cheat? Can it be a pain with all the little bits? Well Monopoly for the PS1 may be the answer. You can set up your rules that some peole change, such as: free parking, going round the board once before any purchase, and things like that. You can have upto 4 players in a game using up to 4 controllers, if you want more than 4 you need a contoller splitter. I payed £13 for mine quite a while ago, but I think it was well worth the money. To roll the dice you just simply click them with the controller or plug in a mouse to the Play Station. You can still make deals and things on there. Also ... Read the complete review

I have always loved the game of Monopoly ever since i understood how to play and the idea behind the game. In my world there was no game that ever beat it. That is still the case in that no other board game even comes close to touching Monopoly. So naturally when the game entered the market on the PC i jumped at the chance. And why not might you ask? A chance to play your favourite game anytime you wanted as you always had someone to play against in the computer. It all seemed such a great idea, i brought it in a multipack with Cluedo for £30. It seemed excellent value. At first i thought so, the game always sounds and looks so good on the pack ... Read the complete review

I love the board game monopoly and how you can play it with friends and family and it also lasts a while. The only thing that gets to me at times is the amount of time to set it up, but with this game for the Playstion you don't have to do any of that which is great. Monopoly is one of the most famous and most loved family games of the past decade or so. When you set up this video game there are several choices you can make to alter the gameplay. You have the option of turning on and off the music and movies. You also have the option to customise the game rules. So the basic rules of monopoly can be altered slightly when you play. For example, you can allow ... Read the complete review
