Yes, Pong. The original video game, which the older ones amongst us may remember - black and white screens, the odd bleep here and there. There was absolutely nothing to it at all, and yet it was hugely addictive. It was therefore only a matter of time before someone did a conversion whether it was a good idea or not. Only this isn?t really a conversion at all - there are so many bizarre variations on the original game (magnets? PENGUINS?) that you?ll hardly recognise it. Bizarrely, they?ve even incorporated a sense of humour into it - the bats even sulk when they lose (are you still with me????? Stick with it?.) Fortunately, the basic concept (hit the ball, then hit it again when it comes back, repeat) has been retained, and as usual with this sort of thing it?s better with two players. An unexpected surprise for nostalgia freaks and younger players alike.
