Psychic Force 2 (PS)

Psychic Force 2 for Playstion One - This is a 2D fighter with 3D cutscenes that will blow your mind, I think this came out around 2001 and I remember when I first put it on, the intro is nothing short of spectacular and you can still view it on youtube today, it's that good. The one difference from other similar fighters is that this ones fights take place in mid air.
