Advantages: Best Resident Evil

Disadvantages: Re-used a lot of Resident Evil puzzles

Capcom managed to go all out when they released this sequel to the awesome Resident Evil, set shortly after the events of Resident Evil. Resident Evil tells the story of Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield who both arrive in the mid-western town of Raccoon City for separate reasons. Claire Redfield is the younger sister of Chris Redfield (one of the heroes of the first game) and Leon Kennedy is a rookie cop on the first day in Raccoon City. They arrive in town and are thrust right into a massive zombie infestation and they must fight their way to survive.

The thing I loved about this game is that way you play as one of the characters it is like the other characters game is playing alongside it and you meet up at key points in the game which adds to the longevity of the game, you have to complete the game 4 times in order to see everything their is to see.

The weapons seem a lot more accurate so when you fire your shotgun at a zombie it is literally blown to bits leaving the bloodied carcass crawling towards you whereby you can finish it off by either kicking its head off or stomping its brains into the floor, don't play this if you are squeamish.

In my opinion, still the best Resident Evil.

Summary: Highly recommended
