Responsible for defining the survival-horror genre, the unfortunate thing about the Resident Evil series is the spawning of this Survivor game. Unlike the other games, a first-person view is adopted here and a light-gun can be used instead for play. Perhaps it should have been an arcade effort, but arcade fun was not the intention for a series which takes itself seriously. Now I couldn't remember the plot which was just as well, as the story begins with your character regaining conciousness after a helicopter crash only to realise his memory is gone... PATHETIC - Advantages: NONE, AHHAHAHA, Like I said... - Disadvantages: Monsters easily defeated, it's like doom, i hate doom, can't get into the characters

So, here we are again, another R.E game. I got it by exchanging a number of really sucky games from Electronics Boutique. I got home, and played it, for about an hour and a half, maybe nearly two. I decided to stop. I searched for how to save. I found you can't, unless you die. So i threw myself at the nearest monster, and died. going back to complete the game later I found that when I loaded the save game, I started at the beginning again, but guess what, the save game feature had at least saved my weapons! great. ... no, really.
