Advantages: Great fighting game

Disadvantages: Could have more storylines and moves

I am a huge fan of the Tekken series and I feel that the last one that was brought out for the standard playstation was better than the other two. There is so much to do here, both in-fight and as fighting options. For example, you can compete in such things such as team fights, 'Tekken Ball Mode', 'Tekken Force Mode' and 'Survival Mode'. In Tekken 3, most of the characters from the 2nd game are included along with a large variety of new ones. Each character has its own abilitys, strengths, weaknesses' and special attacks and it is up to you to find a fighter that matches your style. My personal favourite is 'Jin', as he is a fast fighter with some neat moves.

This game also includes some excellent video sequences on completing the game with each character-by completing I mean fighting and defeating all of the characters in the 'Tekken Arcade' mode. Each one has its own one and Jins' includes beating up a man who killed his father (you know, the classic film revenge story!).

I know this game has been knocking around for some time, but you won't find many games better than Tekken 3 - even Tekken Tag Tournament on the new PS2 doesn't really match the brilliance of Tekken 3! It's a truly classic Namco production and is still one of my all time favourites!
