Tekken has a simillarity to Star Wars. Both of them seem to get better with each sequal that comes out. This completley defies all rules of sequels.

Tekken has been around since the playststion was first born. Tekke nis the nintendos version of Mortal Combat but for the Playstation.

Tekken 3 is a typical Beat em' up. You choose a character then fight against other people in an arena. Each character has thier own special moves which can be achieved by combining different buttons on the control at the right time.

What makes tekken 3 different is that it isn't just your average beat'em up. Most games like tekken involove fighting your way to the top then beating the Boss. Sure tekken's like that but it has variety. In the game there are lots of different sub-games that the creators have thought up.

1. Tekken Beach ball: This invloves playing beach ball with an opponent by kicking/punching the ball over to your opponents side. If the ball hits you at to fast a speed your life decreases. If you fail to reach the ball before it touches the floor your life decreases. You can also hit your opponent to distract him while the ball flies over the top of him.

2. Survival mode: Have you ever played those really old games on the snes which invloved walking down a street beating up random bad guys that approaches you (they were so much fun). This is based on that. You have to walk down a street as you chosen tekken character, beating the crap out of anything that moves within a time limit, for every person that you K.O. your time increases.

3. Vs Mode: This is a must have on all beat em' ups. This is just a simple fight your mates feature. You both pick your characters then you just have to fight. tHis is a great laugh and you can never get bored of it!!!

4. team mode: this is where you chose up to 8 players in your team then you fight aginst another team, once your playwer has been K.O.ed hes out
the game and the next player comes on, the person who loses all there players first (guess what!!) loses!

Tekken is an excelent game that alll Psone owners should have. Its a great laugh and you can never get bored of it. Its now out on platinum so it won't empty your wallet. If your looking for a new game buy this one, its great.
