The Weakest Link a show by the BBC and stars Anne Robinson the evil women. The game was released in 2001by Activision and developed by Traveller's Tales on PC, PS1 PS2 so lets get in with this review forthe PS1 version. The Weakest Link still shown to this very day I liked it ages ago now kind of bored with the show. The game is just like the TV show you can chose with 24 players each have different jobs from Programmers, Air Traffic controller, lawyer etc some are miserable some are happy. You get the chance of choosing different modes which are Single - this is just playing on your own though you stand a very good chance of been voted off right at ... Read the complete review

It’s the game show that spawned a catchphrase which swept across the globe like a particularly virulent diarrhoea epidemic. Now, thanks to the guys and gals at Activision, you too can find yourself stabbing strangers in the back; watching team mates consistently fail to bank big money prizes; and sullenly walking the walk of shame, after being informed by ginger-whinger, Anne Robinson, that you are, undoubtedly, The Weakest Link. For those of you who’ve never seen the hit BBC show (you’re not missing much – Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?’s better), the quiz starts with seven contestants receiving a heavily scripted ear-bashing from ... I'm a little behind the times these days when it comes to games. Intentionally so of course, I mean who in their right mind would pay £30 or £40 for a few hours of fun. The trouble with most games these days is that they become frightfully dull after only a few plays - with some exceptions of course. I wait a couple of years until a console is "obsolete", and the games are abundant on the 2nd hand market, for a fraction of their new cost, I'll be a lot happier. Ebay is perfect for this search, with Playstation games going for as little as 50p (plus P&P). I picked up The Weakest Link on Ebay recently for £3 or so - pretty reasonable I thought. The Weakest Link, most of you will probably know is a BBC quiz show, which competes with the ITV Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Computer games have now been released based on both of them, the WWTBAM game was released about a year ago and the Weakest Link one a couple of months ago. In case you are not familiar with the two shows he is a brief description (if you are familiar, feel free to skip this paragraph). Who wants to be a Millionaire? has one contestant, and they have to answer 15 multiple choice questions to get £1,000,000. The Weakest Link features eight contestants, who take it in turn to answer questions. As the money goes up, they have to ... Read the complete review

Celador has created its second high pressure game thats become a hit, After Chris Tarrant's annoying banter in Who Wants to be a Millionaire, we now have the cold harsh stare and voice of Anne Robbinson. Based on the television series, the game tries to recreate the atmosphere and tension of going in front of the ice maiden herself and being rediculed in public if you get the answers wrong. One black mark against the game is that there are less players than in the TV series, although I wouldn't rate this as being detrimental to the complete game experience. You have Annes voice as well as the berk who does the continuity announcements in the game. ... Read the complete review
