When i got my playstation, theme park was one of the first games i started hunting for preowned... before the joys of ebay came along.
i tried for ages and ages and i finally found it... andi was disappointed.
The basic concept which appealled to me was the idea that you could build and run your own theme park. Building roller coasters and log flumes seemed at first to seem so much fun. but i found the controls difficult to master, and the gameplay just didn't seem as fun as i expected - in fact as a kid i found it rather boring.
When the DS came along i for some reason went out and bought the theme park ds game, forgetting my disappointment. And i loved it! Ok the controls on the DS are much easier, but the concept is th same and now i am addicted. i think before i was too young to fully appreciate the technical aspect of the game
