Tomb Raider was one of the first games to come out on the Playstation. It was created in 1996 as a computer game(like most of the first PS1 games were) and the makers of it, Eidos and Core, decided to put it out on the Playstation when it came out. I got this game off of Ebay for just a couple of dollars after shipping less than a year ago. The Story: You are Laura Croft, the famed archaeologist, and you have been contacted by a very rich woman named Natla. Natola wants you to find an artifact for her, and she's willing to pay for it to be found, only Laura doesn't look for artifacts for the money, so she turns down the job. However, she is ... Once upon a time, just before Christmas in fact, a little-known development company named Core Design were gearing up for the release of a PSOne game that was both a) innovative and b) not a dodgy sequel. The game that would populate the stockings of many thousands of teenage boys/middle-aged men in the year of 1996 would be the classic adventure game Tomb Raider, which would turn the main character Lara Croft into an overnight icon. As of Christmas 2003, there have been a total of six Tomb Raider titles released. In recent years, the only sure expansion people have come to expect from the series is the size of Ms. Croft’s breasts, though it’s easy ... Read the complete review

Tomb Raider - Yep Tomb Raider 1 - The original! And I must be the last person in the world to play it! The allure of Laura Croft unfortunately is a bit lost on me, just doesn’t melt my butter to be honest (Now real lady’s however!). And I sadly was under the impression this was the only reason to buy this game and to make her crawl around and jump a lot! (Turns out you can’t crawl in TB1) (What a waste of money, although you can make her jump up and down …erm!) I better explain why I am writing this way out of date op: Recently I bought enough stuff from special reserve (You need 5 splat tokens, and to go there web site ... Read the complete review

Lara Croft became an unlikely phenomenon and pin-up when the first Tomb Raider game was unleashed in 1995. Even now, with gaming heroines the norm, Lara continues to lead the way - the recent Tomb Raider Chronicles was the fifth in the series and the first Tomb Raider movie, starring Angelina Jolie, arrives soon. In anticipation, we take a fresh look at where it all began... Cleavage, eh? What can I say about cleavage that hasn’t been said a thousand times before? What possible cliché-ridden sentence could I employ to describe the wondrous and awe-inspiring spectacle that is the cleave… hang on a minute… no, sorry, my mistake. ... Read the complete review

I'm really going for a great op this time... This game is amazing and unless you've been locked underground for quite a few years you should have heard about one or another aspect of the game. This game revolutionised gaming with it's breath-taking 3d worlds and fantastic gameplay. But before I go on about the rest lets get to the: Storyline(not revealing too much...): <><><><><><><> You play Lara Croft, daughter of Lord Henshingly Croft, the agile, slender, intelligent and above all witty world-famous archaeologist/adventurer, who lost her parents at a young age. Once after coming back from a skiing trip, her ... Read the complete review
