The James Bond franchise has always been a big moneyspinner on the big screen, so it’s not too difficult to see why games companies would be keen to add a 007 title to their list. Unfortunately the majority of the Bond games that have appeared so far have been disappointing, with the sole exception of Goldeneye, a title sadly restricted to the N64. Tomorrow Never Dies was 007’s first appearance on the Playstation platform. Strangely, it was released almost 2 years after the film that bore its name was released. The game is only loosely based on the film. Unfortunately TND falls a long way short of the standards set by Goldeneye. One of ... Read the complete review

Well the though of being Bond appeals to most. The thought of running around shooting bad guys, skiing down big hills and racing about in a beamer is all very well but what is the game like. Unlike Goldeneye for the N64 you get to see Bond all the time. This in my opinion is a good thing since you move away from Doom like gameplay to Tomb Raider like gameplay. The character is well animated and looks very very slightly like Pierce Brosnan but the voice is almost comical. Not only doesn't sound like pierce but doesn't talk the way a 007 agent would. The weapons he gets to use are wide and varied all of which are great for certain situations. The sniper ... Read the complete review

Tomorrow never dies is a bit dated now, but provides a lot of good gameplay nonetheless. It's very hard but after a lot of getting used to, it’s a mission, possible. Gadgets, Cars, Guns, Women and villains all inhabit the levels. Shoot, drive and talk your way through this game to save the world from ww3. You can become quite frustrated with the game if you keep on dying, which is about the only downside to the game. You do get shot allot of the time when you are trying to reload, but it just makes it more realistic. The best thing is, you always know what you are supposed to do. If you have seen the film, you have seen how it's done from a ... Read the complete review

Tomorrow never dies is an action packed game with loads of new weapons, game options…and plenty of cheats if you can’t do it without it! The game options are simple. You can either start a new game or load a previous game. If you choose to start a new game you have a choice between playing as an agent or as 007 himself (agent is easier)! For each level, you have mission objectives, which must be completed to advance and a briefings screen…these can be very helpful throughout the game and can be accessed at any point during your playing. There are game options, as with nearly every game which allows you to set the levels to ... Read the complete review

Well this game was never a spectacular bond outing on the playstation nor did it ever achieve the status of a classic game, yet it wasn't all that bad. In the game you control bond and proceed through a variety of missions which are supposed to be based on the film by the same title. Gameplay isn't fantastic and AI is distinctly poor, however the game plays alright none the less. When I mainly played on this game I was pretty young and found it very hard, however since playing it recently I have realised that it is actually fairly easy gameplay and you might be disappointed by how fast you can complete the missions. I can say however that though I would not ... Read the complete review
