Advantages: Lots of wrestlers, Can modify just about any facet

Disadvantages: Not going to appeal much outside the WWF fan base

WWF attitude is not a Panda fighting game but instead a member of the World Wrestling Federaion franchise. T

here are over forty wrestlers that you can fight as or against all from the heat TV show (now confessed as not a sport to avoid paying the taxes in the states that are imposed for being so). Each wrestler has his or her own moves and there are all sorts of matches that can be set up to bring a bit of variation.

You can manipulate the rules to set up pretty much any fight you want. Under normal circumstances you need to pin your opponent down for a count of three from the referee. This can be manipulated in this game to another option and the same is true of the actual wrestlers. If you cannot decide on a wrestler to fight with, then simply create your own including their moves and physical appearance. On top of that you can even give them intro music for when you can come out to fight.

As with many fighting games practice makes perfect and it will take time to master even a single wrestler and all his best moves. It includes all the wrestlers that were present at the time of writing and in fact the most of any WWf game released thus far.

All in all this is a fairly good game that is pretty much aimed at a target audience of WWF wrestling fans. It is especially good as a game to play not alone (this gets boring eventually) but in a group of friends preferably all wwf fans and can get quite competitive. (Warning do not attempt to settle a dispute by resorting to physical wrestling and get smacked round the head with a table by drunk flatmate :P )

Most WWF will buy this game and it is unlikely someone who has never watched it will get much out of this game.

For the majority of us that fall somewhere between the two it is probably worth giving this game a spin maybe by rental or by borrowing it.

Only die hard fans should buy without trying first.

Well, as a die hard fan, this is a smart game, although not half as good as No Mercy for the N64. Cheers.
