Advantages: Good gameplay

Disadvantages: No commentary, lack of new wrestlers, could do with more types of matches.

I was waiting with baited breath for a couple of weeks before it was finally released, and boy it was worth the wait. Although the wrestling games made by THQ don't have any commentary, it makes up for this in gameplay. Types of matches include Hardcore, Royal Rumble, Battle Royals and all the usual versus and tag-team matches. Altogether there are 30 wrestlers in total from the real WWF, including the Triple H, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mr. Ass and the People's Champion the Rock, with the famous People's Elbow as his dramatic finisher. The single-player mode consists of a season in the WWF with different PPV (Pay-Per-View) events at their usual time in the year. Each time you complete a full year in season or pre-season mode enables an extra bonus, mostly Create-A-Wrestler-related such as more ability points. However what this game could do with is more types of matches (i.e. 6-man tag-teams) and the ability to show more wrestlers on the screen than 4 at the same time.
