Advantages: graphics, animation

Disadvantages: not many wrestlers, poor create a superstar

Want some brilliant wrestling action? Then buy this game. The graphics are top notch, and all the moves are beautifully animated. There are lots of moves as well, ranging from the pathetic eye rake to the devastating chokeslam. There are a couple of problems in the game. Firstly the create-a-superstar is not up to much, or at least not in the appearence side of things. Some of the matches are a waste of time. Anywhere fall matches are more or less the same as hardcore and i quit matches aren't worth doing. The only other problem that I can think of is the fact that there are only 36 wrasslers in the game, but the sequel, (WWF Smackdown! 2: Know your role) will have over 50 character and more match types. It's due out in March 2001, and I can't wait! But get this before that and just see how class it is!
