Exit is a quirky and intuitive puzzle-platformer which offers addictive side-scrolling fun for hours on end. This PSP Title by Ubisoft offers the gamer a new type of gaming with a more relaxed and intuitive gameplay more commonly found on its counterpart - the DS. However with a mix of easy controls, bright and colourful graphics, and a varied and challenging gameplay, this is well worth a look for any PSP collection.

The GOOD points are:

Gameplay - you are a rescue hero who is an escape artist. (...yes you can puff out your chest and perform a superhero pose!)The game allows you to interact with items such as fire extinguishers to remove obstacles and complete the stage. The gameplay is varied enough to keep you hooked to new challenges and puzzles which will catch you out! Great innovative and unique gameplay bring hours of fun on the PSP.

Graphics - Bright and beautiful visuals bring back the gaming reminiscent of the good old arcade games.

Levels - there is an array of different levels offering varied gameplay which will keep you entertained for ages. New challenges, obstacles and puzzles help to keep this game fresh and fun and involve you in the immersive story mode.

Learning Curve - this is important in a puzzler and they have got it just right here. It is hard enough to give even veteran puzzlers a real challenge as well as welcoming the new gamer to the genre, with intuitive and well thought out levels. It is easy to learn the controls and the gamer is quickly involved in the story.


The BAD points:

May get repetitive due to the nature of the game. Although i would downplay this as it offers a varied experience as well as a challenge to the gamer with puzzle which need you to be pretty thoughtful and methodical.

Multiplayer - needing a bit more, left feeling a bit short-changed here although the story mode more than makes up for this.

OVERALL: Exit is a fun and refreshing addition to the PSP titles and will give puzzle fans a unique challenge which will not be over-bearing.
The side-scrolling old-school graphics and presentation complement the game superbly and is well worth a buy.
