FIFA 07 is a football game where you get to play as your favourite teams and play with your favourite players.
The game play has been improved on previous games, with more realistic speeds and turning. The shooting has been made a bit harder with it being more on positions. You can also select teams and play in all of the major leagues including the Premier League, Bundesliga, French League
The commentary is from Clive Tyldesley and Andy Gray and is an improvement on previous games but can still be repetitive at points, some of the sound tracks are pretty good but a lot of them are annoying and pretty poor.
FIFA 07 also has the managerial part that you can play if you wish choosing everything from tactics, player till the sponsor on the shirts, where you have to keep the fans and the board happy to keep your job, this has improved from previous games but tends to crash a lot.
To do the basics controls it is pretty easy to do, the more complicated moves take a bit of getting used to and doing. The graphics are pretty good but could do with a bit of improvement,
You can play the game on several different difficulty levels, so the game can be as easy or as hard as you like.
The multiplayer part of the game is not very good and could do with a lot of improvements you options are very limited, you can only really play a ranked or non ranked game against other people.
Value for Money -
A good improvement over FIFA 06, the managerial career is much improvement and the game seems a play a lot smoother, and is harder to win on the more difficult levels.
My rating 7 out of 10
Iv actually only just got this game recently off a friend, and although the 2009 version has just come out im still really getting into this one.
For anyone who doesnt know what fifa games are, they are football games, and although somtimes thought of as not being as good as the pro evolution soccer games i think i have to dissagree.
There are some aspects of the Pro evo games i do like, however i feel that the fifa games as more unpredictable and require more skill to play. On the Pro evo games, nearly every shot you hit is on target and almost always go in as long as you shoot the ball right. With this game though, the shot has to be perfect to go in, sure that means its harder to win but i do like the challenge in a football game.
What i really like about this game though is the different modes it has. You can start it up and just play a quick match with any team, there are challenge modes like the keep up option, which is just a bit more of a novelty really, but its fun for a little while.
But my favorote by far is the managers mode. You start off with a team, either a current one, or your own with un known players, as you carry on and win matches you earn money and start to move up in the rankings. You can then start buying better players and become one of the best teams right at the top of the leagues.
Its a great game, im not sure how the graphics match up to the 09 version but its well worth the buy in my eyes.
i think this is the best game so far that has been made for psp. i love everything about it... from the fantastic competitions and the scenario modes, to the fantastix training games to the online multipplayer modes and the manager mode. the in game conrols are simillar to those on playstation and still offer the same range of skills and variety of moves. the competition modes are great fun however do take quite some time. the training facilities are excellent and the wall game and the kick up games are highly addictive and can be used to actually train your players and increase their stata. the manager mode is also great fun, in many ways even better than genuine manager games! finally, the online play is a greatfeature that offers another dimension to the gameplay meaning you can never get bored of the game. despite the slightly high price, this game is worth ever penny!
FIFA 07 throws you into the rollercoaster ride of a football season. Employ real world tactics, make realistic decisions, and think like a player in order to win matches.
