there are a variety of vehicles that you can drive including motorbikes which all have a different speed. the graphics are better than liberty city and there are loads of side missions including 'beach patrol' where you have to stop bikers that are on the beach and helping the swimmers who are drowning.
also when fighting without a weapon.. (hand to hand combat) you can now actually grab the person before hitting them so they cannot run away.

this has to be one of the best games i have played on my psp.
