Advantages: portable, very easy to learn
Disadvantages: expensive, no updates, no gameplay or visual improvement, not enough roster updates
For months before the release, I was very excited. I thought that the game would be similar to the Playstation 2 and Playstation 3 versions. I was sadly mistaken. Just like the previous three PSP Maddens, the graphics were absolutely no good. The players were unidentifiable because everyone looks the same. The game play didn't not seem to improve or it was not very noticeable, practically everything from the previous madden psp game. Franchise is still the same, the superstar challenge was as crummy as it was as the last game and the online was nonexistence. It seemed that the developers didn't take too much time to improve game play or the graphics. It is truly "unplayable" having almost no "playability". It is way to easy to master, and just not challenging enough. The only thing that I think was updated was the rosters. I think that the Madden developers should have added the Madden Superstar game mode. Although you can play this game anywhere, there is no point in playing a bad game anywhere right? In my opinion, I think this game is not worth the $39.99 that i paid. I will not be buying the next copy. Neither should you.
