Oh yes I love me some retro gaming and I can remember a time years ago whilst playing the original gameboy just wishing that some day I 'd be able to play my SNES and Megadrive games on a handheld. Funnily enough with the PSP games you got to play PS2 games before all the oldies but was this one worth the wait? In some cases yes and in some no. There are plenty of games on this to have fun with and although techinically not all of them are masterpieces theres no doubt it's definitley value for money if you even like 3 or 4 of them. I'l just look at the ones I liked the most. The Mortal Kombats - The original first 3 versions of MK are covered her eand they're all emulated wonderfully with the same great look and graphics that this 2D fighter had back in the day, still fun to play and you'll be button baching out those combo's again in no time. Paperboy - Simple but effective, everyone I know loved this little game and although it was incredibly simple it still provides plenty of entertainment today. Arch Rivals - Before there was NBJ Jam there was this, a fun little basketball game that mixes in some humour with a pretty decent ballgame too. All in this is worth the £9.99 I paid for it and although its' far from the greatest title in the world I still recommend it pretty highly.
Midway Arcade Treasures back again but on PSP this has classic games from the 80's and 90's. games such as the classic Mortal Kombat, Paperboy, Marble Madness Klax and more. This game is fun i think its better than Midway Arcade Treasures 1, 2, 3 for the ps2. Most people would be buying this game cause of Mortal Kombat like i did this is the main reason to buy this game to really graphics still look the same as how they were back in the original form. Paperboy is one of my favorites in the collection delivering the papers with other things in your way each day guys fighting dog's running round car's driving around. Its a great game totally great for this collection. The games well most do play well i just have problems with getting combos for Mortal Kombat as you cannot find them anywhere. There is a problem with the game which should of been tested it gets stuck and starts going down by it's self now this problem and be resolved by just pressing another button but can happen again which is a pain. As for the review thats all i can really say short review i know but just not much to say about this if you are a retro gamer you will know these.
