Great game, well worth it for under a tenner

Having played and loved Power Stone on the Dreamcast I was keen to enjoy it once more on the small screen. I remember it being so frantic, but really great fun with all my game playing mates.

On the PSP you can chose to play what is referred to as the original version, or a revamped version. The graphics are wonderful, as is the sound and the action is replicated so well that I thought I was on my Dreamcast again. The controls are spot on too, picking up those power-ups and blasting your enemies. You could compare it to Super Smash Bros but with a real manga flair to it. The weapons are really great and picking up the zapper gun is a way to do some real damage.

The only thing that lets this down is there is no multiplayer fun. One player only, no link modes, so the memory of laughing with my mates was not brought to the PSP... shame.
