Prince Of Persia: Rival Swords is basically the same game as Prince of Persia
Two Thrones but slightly updated and improved upon.
You get to play as one of two different characters each with there own unique combat styles, moves and attitudes and completely different backgrounds.
You are making you way home to Babylon with Kaileena the Empress of Time, he hopes to find the Kingdom in peace but finds it still at war and Kaileena gets kidnapped, and you have to try and save her, which you fail to do and see her murdered which releases the Sands of Time. Which gives rise to the dark prince who slowly starts to posses you and you are hunted as a fugitive.
You have the chance to manipulate time to surprise the enemies and pull of powerful attacks to slow down the enemy army.
The storyline as in the other games has been well written and is good,
The controls are quite hard to get used to but are easy enough to use once you have learnt them, the graphics are not bad but they could have done with improving a bit.
The game is not really hard to complete and at times can be quite easy.
The multiplayer part of the game is pretty good and similar to the other games but has added chariot racing into the mix which is fun to play
Value for Money -
The game is basically the same as the previous one on the PS2 so if you have played that then it is not really worth getting, for people that have not the game has a strong story and fun game play which takes quite a while to complete.
My rating 6 out of 10
