ThrillVille - Build the perfect amusement park
Member Name: Dangey2009
Advantages: Mini-games and taking rides in theme park
Thrillville is a variation on the tycoon games that have been released in the past and this game for the PSP is a great fun game to play. I have to admit that in the time I've been playing it I've always been interested and not bored by the gameplay at all. There are so many different things you can do to keep you occupied.
I played Thrillville on the PSP last year and there are a few things that are different from previous versions of the game. The graphics are pretty good on this console which adds to the playability.
Basically Thrillville is like a big party in a theme park that you create from scratch. You can customise what you want and decide what rides you want to include. You are able to interact with your guests that arrive at your new theme park and build rollercoasters and in fact over one hundred other attractions to make sure they stay. Another great thing is that you can actually sample the rides you have installed to see what they are like. You are able to go racing in go-karts or jump on rollercoaster rides for example. You have to always make sure guests are happy throughout though in between playing all the mini-games.
One of the things I liked about this game was that you are able to unlock a new theme park and pick which one you actually want to unlock which adds to the interest. In total there are five parks to choose from and each park is divided into three other mini-parks. There is no rush playing this game and moves along at a nice leisurely pace for the most part. Even if you complete the missions you are given you can go back and play the mini-games that are featured so there's something for everyone.
The graphics are extremely good for the PSP and the attention to detail is second to none as you explore the theme park on foot or use your rides. In addition the game loads quickly which is always handy. I really loved the mini-games that you can play, including pool and whacking a mole etc.
This is a game that I won't get bored with in a hurry as there is so much to do and see and the challenges are there to keep things running smoothly. If you like simulation games and amusement parks this game is perfect for you.
