      Bling cd player Limited Too

Little Miss enjoys listening to story cds and when we managed to fail to download the stories onto her ipod we decided a cd player would be a good idea for when she goes on holiday.

We bought the cd player in Toys R us, and at £12.99, it had the features we wanted and looked bling enough for her!

The player comes in a thick plastic blister pack which had to be cut open and when we opened it, there was a small instruction booklet inside the pack. We have the blue version of the cd player although there is also a pink one available. The cd player has an all over pale blue and green floral and spotty design with diamontes dotted round the centre. The bottom of the cd player has a display showing the track number and all of th feature buttons, such as forward, back, volume and stop are close to this display. The door is opened by pressing a small open button also located by the display unit. All of the buttons are named and are easy to press, and far enough apart so that mistakes are not made and the wrong button pressed accidentally.

To get the cd player going, 2 x AA batteries have to be inserted in the compartment underneath the player- thankfully no screw driver is needed. The stereo headphones, which are included are easily attached in the Phone jack, and if different headphones are wanted they can easily be changed, although for what we use the cd player for, these give a decent sound quality and are comfortable to wear.

Features of the cd player are electronic volume control, a programmable memory (instructions in the booklet and easy to follow). It also plays standard and standard cd-r format and although I am not sure of the difference, this can only be a good thing as I have options.

      So, what do we think?...

The cd player looks good, has easy to follow instructions and is reasonably priced. The sound quality probably isn't the best ever but for our purposes, it is just fine.

I know cd players aren't as popular as they used to be, so I was happy to have found this bling one and Little Miss loves it.

A recommended buy if you want a novelty cd player.

      Thanks for reading
