This is a decent mid-range portable CD player that I picked up for 49.99 from Argos. So what swayed my purchase toward this particular model - the catchily-named SL-SX228 - when there are so many to choose from... To start with it's really slimline and light, and the batteries have a respectable playback time of 24 hours (you can buy special Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries for it, too). There's no belt hook but I'm sure you can shove it in your pocket or down your trousers without too much trouble.
