Amazing Must Read (Panasonic SL SX390)

Advantages: Great Quality Disadvantages: Lack of MP3 Playback I have had this CD player for over 5 years now and I still use it! Although now I wish that I had bought a version that played MP3's I can't fault the item itself. It cost me £50 back in December 2003 but things have gone a long way since then. The fact that the item had a 48 second backup skip system was why I bought it . Although when I use it when I'm jogging the battery drains quicker because the player was cleverly made and therefore reads ahead to save even more music data to ensure I get a skip free jogging session. When I use it in the car a pair of AA batteries can easily last me over 30 hours which is very good considering that most MP3 players can barely achieve 20 hours even though they don't contain moving parts. For the most part this product is very durable and although it is made out of plastic it is surprisingly strong which is useful as I have dropped it countless times resulting in many scratches to the shiny silver surface. The supplied headphones are very good unlike modern day MP3 players which helps excel the sound quality which can never be beaten by an MP3. Although not all batches came with the in-line volume and track control though. This product doesn't support ID3 tags but apart from that it is an amazing CD player and a must buy. Summary: Very good for regular users
