	Panasonic SL SX390 ... the ol Panasonic Cd player. It brings back some good memories of the 90 s. I remember getting this and being clueless of what it was, and I didn t even have any CDs. That changed fast. As soon as I put that Venga Boys album it all made sense. CDs are the way forward, well, they were until ipods came along and really raised the bar. Aesthetically, this looks good, it has an original design and looks modern and up to date even though its quite old. Its not particularly small, but it is as small as a CD player can be without breaking the CD, and its light. 	Panasonic SL-MP 30 ... you re like me and prefer handling your music rather than merely transferring data, (geez, I d be up for a portable mini vinyl deck with headphones if it was easily transportable!) this isn t a bad little runner. The reason I purchased this rather than the multitude of other portable cd players available at the time was the fact that it could easily play re-writable cd s, and more importantly could read mp3 data from a cd. Not having a computer with a cd burner would make this less useful, but then any mp3 player without a computer isn t so much fun. 	Panasonic SL CT790 ... CD player is not bad as someone has written, I have been using this cd player for about 2 years now. I find it really good, but the only problem I see is that it can t play Mp3s. Other than that, it has a huge battery life, slim, light. so it is easy to take around. The remort comes handy in the dark, it s backlight is so cool. When using 2 AA batteries and rechargeable batteries, it works for about 80 Hours.
