Sony MD Walkman MZ-N1:
... it s great! I bought this mainly due to its TINY size (79.1 x 73.8 x 19.9 mm and 117g with the battery in). It can go into a pocket and you will barely notice it is there. Each minidisc will hold roughly 165MB of songs. This is using the lowest audio quality setting of which there are three; 66kbps 105kbps 132kbps As you might have guessed as the numbers get bigger the number of files you can store on the dis... Sony Net MD Walkman MZ-N510/L ... purchased this player about a year ago and have been using it on an almost daily basis since, really enjoying it s brilliant sound quality and satisfying length song-wise. Though maybe not quite an iPod, this is a great portable player, quite small in size and weight, and can store up to 7 albums on each disk depending on the albums lengths and chosen recording quality. I would reccomend this item to you for the following reasons - it is attractive, easy to use (once you ve read the manual) and is quite cheap - can be pick up for around £110 in some shops, it will never become full as you can buy as many disks as you want for it, the single AA battery required lasts fo... Sony MD Walkman MZ-E900 ... another electrical product I have had the pleasure of testing and reviewing and a rather brilliant one it is too! The Sony MD Walkman MZ-E900 is a MiniDisc player, and Sony claim it is the world s lightest MD Walkman that combines the superb sound reproduction quality of digital technology with the ease and convenience of MiniDisc recording. These are the claims but how does it really perform when put to the test? Well you’re about to find out! ~~~GOOD THINGS~~~ My initial impression was that the MiniDisc player is incredibly light and aesthetically superior to similar substitute products. The picture featured is an accurate representation of this device. In short i... Read the full review: HOLD TO AVOID IT TURNING ITSELF ON by jellybean11 |

Sony MD Walkman MZ-N1 ... bought this mini-disc for one main purpose, which was to download live recordings onto a CD. Background Since moving into a new Church I have been involved in the recording of the services and live music concerts. The equipment put into the Church was a mini-disc and a tape. The services are recorded onto tape and the mini-disc is only used as a backup. I soon became clear to me that the mini-disc was of superior quality; unfortunately the facilities to transfer from mind-disc to CD were not in place. My Brief I then took it upon myself to investigate portable mini-disc and decided to buy one. I did this so that I would be able to listen to the service...
