I've had my player for well over a year now and I have to say that it still sounds great. Sound quality is at a premium whether recording from analogue or digital sources. It also performs well when used to record live events. The results I've had using just a basic Aiwa microphone have been very impressive indeed. It's been a real boon for me both for relaxed recreational use and also as a tool to aid in my work at art school. I've travelled with it around USA and Italy and it has easily stood up to the task. This little piece of equipment is worth every last penny I spent on it. It cost me £190 and I have to say it is sooo good. This Mini Disc is the top of the line Aiwa portable mini disc. IT comes with many options such as 3 levels of base, divide track, erase track, erase all and rename track and album. The buttons are very easy to press and make a distinguishable click sound on the headphones when played. It is quite light and looks great. The volume button is easy to use and there is a hold button so you dont press the keys when it is in your pocket or a bag. The optical in option is great if you have an optical out on your stereo as the sound qality is superb. ... Read the complete review
