This meant that it kept on disconecting the power supply and stopping charging.So I went back to the shop and they said that they would give me a new one, when I checked to see if this one work it did not so I asked for another one and they did not have any. I got one of the Minidisc recorder and found that it was very good for the first few days. Then once the battery ran out I found out that the charger did not work. The problem was that the charger plug was not secure enough in the charger plug hole. I am totally satisfied and pleased with my new minidisc recorder. It does absolutely everything I want it to do. I have recorded thirteen minidiscs now, and it is very easy to use, or at least the digital record feature is. To record you simply insert disc, connect to hi-fi, slide record, press play on hi-fi. That’s all you need to do, it starts exactly before the music begins marks the tracks and stops at the end. It even switches itself off when it has done. That is one feature I particularly appreciate. My portable CD player, like my MD player/recorder was rechargeable, but I always used to leave it on, and the batteries went flat. If no disc is playing ...

After 6 months of wanting one, 3 weeks ago I finally bought a Mini Disc Recorder. The main reasons I chose for this make/model were the price, and size - it is extremely compact in size, and square, which means it fits in a pocket easily. So far I have been extremely pleased with it and the recording/playback quality is excellent. It also comes with a rechargeable battery which only needs charging about once a week, and a mains adaptor. The only thing I feel is missing, is it has no internal microphone, so I have had to buy one separately for recording things other than direct from another hifi/player. ...
