The Aiwa ST40 is a brilliant MD player for the money, when i got it for Christams i was so pleased with it. It just slips into a pocket and away you go. Also it is quite light so it doesn't drag down your trousers. The only thing about it is it is not a recorder so if you are planning to buy it and you need to be able to record onto minidisk then either buy a hi-fi with minidisk so you can record or get a different minidisk player for a bit more money which records. The sound quality is unbelievable and it comes with a neat remote with an LCD screen on it. I recomend it to anyone that likes music and has a recorder.  Read the complete review
