Sony Network Walkman NW-MS7 ... designers did a great job on the hardware for the NW-MS7 Memory Stick Walkman. I am especially fond of the jog dial that makes the small MP3 player very easy to use. However, Sony's OpenMG software is time-consuming, difficult to use, and wastes storage space on your PC with its file conversions. The beautifully designed rectangular player is similar to Sony's Music Clip. The backlit screen is easy to read, and the jog dial lets you play, pause, and skip tracks with a tap of the thumb. Creative Jukebox ... it - one device that stores ALL your music collection! Sounds good. Now imagine that it;s portable! Now imagine that it looks funky too! Yep, you've got the Creative Jukebox (or the NOMAD as it is called stateside). This little wonder hold 6Gb of MP3 files which if stored in 128kbps means you can have 150 albums on the little thing. And it is little bigger than a Personal CD player! The build quality is prettu sturdy, although obviously you have to be gentle carrying aroud a hard drive in your trousers. Creative Jukebox ... know it’s been advertised to death but this product really lives up to the hype. I bought mine direct from the US and so have had it for some time now. The player itself attracts interest just on its looks but it wins people over when they hear the quality and actually realise the potential that the 6Gb capacity gives. Technically (without jargon hopefully) it stores the music files on a small robust hard disk along with its Operating System and also allows for voice annotation recording storage.
