Sony Walkman NW-HD1 20 GB ... receiving my first pay cheque I wanted to buy my first mp3 player and so after a lot of searching I decided on this little beauty. Construction: The unit is incredibly small and is billed as the smallest 20gb digital music player. It is about the size of a credit card, a fact which surprised me when I first saw one. As well as being small it is incredibly durable, being made out of metal. When you drop this you re more likely to damage the ground than the music player. Thankfully despite being so small the controls are still manageable for somebody like me who has big hands. On a similar note the Sony is shock proof and works perfectly for me when I go jogging.... Creative Zen 20 GB ... creative Zen 20 GB mp3 is a great all rounder it has perfect sound quality not to mention how easy it is to operate, this mp3 would suit people of all ages and ability. it may only be 20GB but it is very good value for money and very stylish, I didn t really find any bad point about it apart from the memory, id say an ideal start to mp3 if you haven t tried one yet. the battery life is 11 hours and rechargeable but you must ensure it is fully charged before removing it so the battery dose not wear out as some do. the Zen only needs low system requirements on your computer which most models have so its very easy to install and start downloading music without worrying a... Sony Walkman NW-A3000 20 GB ... bought this player after having a 4GB Ipod Nano, which broken and wanted something a bit better value for money. The Sony was about the same price (£160) and about 5 times the capacity of the latest Ipod at the time, so I thought I d give it a shot. On first impressions, I felt that the Connect software it came with was fairly easy to use and easy to put music on the player. This improved when Sony introduced the Sonic Stage software apart from my PC s inability to connect to the player when I plugged the player into my USB port. (PC s fault I think).
