Apple iPod nano (5G) 16 GB ... ve had my nano for going on a month now, and decided it was about time I wrote about it. It s purple and surprisingly easy to set up. However, iTunes appears to be the problem (converting music already in the folder, starting from scratch when music has already been converted, not recognising movies in the correct format) However, I digress. The first thing I did go and buy was a case for it, as I m aware how it could get scratched, and admittedly it is lovely. I ve had no reason to use the video camera function on it yet, but I have had a look when setting it up, and it does look good for an attachment on an MP3 player. Apple iPod shuffle (2G) 2 GB ... find this iPod very interesting, in a weird kind of way. I was very unsure about buying one that has no display, consists of a few buttons and costs just £55, but glad I did. I also have an iPod Video, but don t dare take that to the gym or out on a run in case I drop it. The lack of screen bothered me at first, but after a while I didn t miss it at all. I knew what songs were on here anyway and it s always going to be something I liked. It s a tough little player and still performs well under movement. Apple iPod touch 8 GB ... is a very sleek little gadget, I was instantly impressed with the design, I wanted to hold it for ages. I bought a plastic protective case to go with it, but it really ruined the feel of the machine in my hands, so I risked breaking it. Thankfully it never broke and just got a few light scratches on the back. There are lots of features on it, but in the end I decided to sell mine as it just didn t fit my needs. I already had a video ipod which has a smaller screen but a nice 80gb memory, enough for tonnes of music and films.
