The iPod 160GB Classic is perfect for the person with one extremely large music library. Being able to store 40,000 songs on it is quite incredible. Although these have been discontinued by Apple they are still available through eBay and Amazon.

The battery is able to last for 40 hours with just audio playback and 7 hours with vide playback.

Quite pricey I got mine last week for £299.99 it is worth it if you have a serious amount of songs which you would like to listen to out and about.

If you have a car that has iPod connection you will be able to play songs while driving, great for long journeys.

Specififcations are 2.5 inch colour screen which is well lit. 320-by-240-pixel resolution at 163 pixels per inch. 6.2 cm x 1.4 cm x 10.4 cm. 162 g in weight, not quite as hefty as the first generation. USB connectivity. Built in Hard Drive.

When you install iTunes you can buy new music off the Store even Television Shows, Movies, Podcasts and Audio Books. Use these to upgrade your library and add more stuff to your ipod.

A must have for a serious music lover. Quite limited at the moment you should buy it now.
