Advantages: Easy to use and great quality

Disadvantages: earphones are only satisfactory and costly to replace

This is by far the best of the ipods i've had. the 5th generetation apple ipod is amazing and pushes technology to the limit. The idea of carrying so many songs around in your pocket has now become so much easier with the ipod classic. I have the 80gb version and for me it is more than enough, i have used about 8gb of the memory and have many tv programmes on it.

For what you get the price isn't that expensive. The quality is fantastic and makes it easy to see videos even for people with sight problems.

The earphones that come supplied are satisfactory but do break quite easily all 3 pairs of mine have broken. I suggest not paying the £20 to buy a new set of apple earphones, go for a different brand.

Overall i love the ipod classic and it is unbelievable how much it can hold.

Summary: The disadvantages are very slight compared to the advantages and i will be buying the next ipod.
