I bought the iPod classic in September and have been very impressed with it. This is my first review, so I'm going to go for all the things that would have influenced me buying it!

Compared to the original and the majority of other mp3 players I have found that that the battery charges quickly and maintains its power well.

The screen is very clear, although a little small for viewing videos, a great picture and once you get used to it, doesn't detract from the film at all!

The iPod can be a bit fiddely to start with as it has a touch mouse to select items in the menu and can make playing games (especially solitaire) a bit challenging to begin with!

One of the best things about the ipod is the number of things that you can add to it through the itunes store. Some inexpensive games (Reversi, 49p) that you can play while listening to your tunes!

You can also use the ipod as a portable photo album, so on the tube, bus or 2 week holiday, you can show the rest of the world all the pictures of your now 20 year old son on his first birthday!!
