I much prefer ipod classic than ipod shuffle or nano because it is of a reasonable size which allows me to watch videos nicely in car journeys or where ever. I love the size of iplod classic, it is just about right for me to have a good grib of it. 80GB is a reasonable storage size for someone like myself because I have more music than videos, so I can actually store up to about 2500 songs which are definitely enough to get me going.

The plus is that Apple claims that this ipod classic can play up to 30 hours of continuous music and five hours of video. I put the ipod through a non-stop music test, in which it exceeded expectations. The player reached 32.5 hours, which is really good! Also, another advantage is that it is really easy to use and manage, and also when syncing music from my itunes into the ipod. I also love how the layout of the ipod classic, it is clear and userfriendly.

However, I don't really like how display dims to preserve battery power, it is often unreadable except in conditions with good lighting. The ipod does not just lower brightness; it changes to a monochrome display of time, play status, and battery life.

Overall, it is definitely a good buy and it is intended for people who want all their music and videos in one convenient device. There is nothing on the market that can match the storage size and ease of use!
