Overall it is a great item, its not that mini anymore compared to the new models with 30gb storage, and it has much smaller memory, but its hard to imagine anyone having that much music unless you listen to very long operas etc. The battery after a year only lasts about an hour and it cant be replaced unless you send it to apple along with about £100, so I think when the battery finally goes like most i-pod owners it will go in the bin which is annoying and makes me think twice about buying more i-pod product...more

I bought this for my girlfriend a year ago thinking it would be a gret gift for her. She loved it, and then it went in the cupboard and never got used because she foudn it too much hassle installing the software, loading the playslist etc. So I braved the pinkness and started to use it myself.
