Oh my, this is sweet!!!
If you dont have an ipod, why not? My brother bought me one back from New York a few weeks ago, (for $200, around £120), and since then i havent taken it out. How did I live without it?

My previous player de choice was a Sony MiniDisc player. It was good. I thought it was incredible how I could fit up to 4 albums on one disc. No I have nearly the whole collection on one tiny instrument.

There is something quite special about being able to leave your house with Joey Ramone spouting "Hey Ho, Lets Go", and then arriving at your destination with Green Day's "Welcome To Paradise". I tend to use the shuffle option to scour over 900 songs on my travels. I litterally cannot leave the house without it anymore; why walk with strret noise when you can walk with tunes?

I bought some cheap speakers as well, so that now I can listen to it in the bath, in bed, in the kitchen, its amazing.

I was also amazed at the extra features on it; you can play solitaire amongst other games, set alarms, make notes and use it as a diary. I'm very impressed with it all.

I will say that I find the battery runs out too quickly, I normallyhave to charge it every night, and I can only do this via my computer which isn't always practiclal. I may invest the £30 in a wall charger.

It doesnt skip either, which is a huge advantage when compared to my old MiniDisc.

It is a little expensive at around £150, but if you are interested in music and can spare the money, I urge to get one of these in your pocket.
