A great item just not very reliable (Apple iPod mini 4 GB)

Advantages: easy to use, and free easy to use software

Disadvantages: could do with more memory, althougha 6GB version is available

I had this befor i got my ipod video, and the battery went twice, and although it did not cost much to replace, it was annoying after paying £130 for the Ipod in the firsat place, to have to then buy two replacuement batteries from ebay for £5 plus delivery. However the music quality from the head phones was excellent, the controls, and menu are easy to use. There was also plenty of room for all my favorite music. (Although now that i have a video, i don't know how i managed with 4GB and a black and White screen)

Despite all the set backs with the battery, i did like the Ipod and would reccomend it to nay one, another advantage to the Ipod is the easy to use software which is a free dowload from apple. However i would reccomend that you get a more recent one such as the nano, which still comes in the range of colours like the mini

Summary: A good all round buy although out dated now
