Very good iPod, started my love for apple! (Apple iPod nano (2G) 2 GB)

Disadvantages: One small problem i had with my screen, this won't happen to all iPod nano's though.

This was my first ever iPod! I got it at Christmas 2006 i think it was and was very impressed at the easy to use, apple iPod format compared to other mp3 players i had owned before this iPod. It is very simple to use, to navigate around you use the legendary apple click wheel which has been on almost every iPod other than the first iPods and the iPod touch/iPhone. There is a option to customise your home screen and what it shows, e.g podcasts, Photo's, audiobooks, nike + etc.
The iPod comes loaded with 3 default games, which i enjoyed apart from the cards game, i'm not into that really.
I had, however, one bad experience with my iPod nano, the screen started to become less clear to read, then i couldn't listen to my music, the screen then started to go purple and then the iPod completly shut off so i could no longer use it! Luckily, a family friend works for apple so i posted it to them and they sent it to Apple, two week later i got a replacement iPod in the post (this was 11 months into my 12 months guarantee, one month later and i wouldn't have got this for free). The replacement iPod still works and is in good condition, however because i've got an iPhone now, i've give it to my mum.

Summary: It's an old version now, but if you see this for cheap, buy it! Still very good
