Advantages: Apple product

Disadvantages: Outdated

The iPod Classic is one of the first colour iPods to hit the shelves, which is at the moment pretty outdated, with stuff like the iPhone and iPod touch out at the moment. Although the main basic features are visible, like the wheel and the screen. It also does it's job as being part of the best MP3 player product line.

It makes people jealous (like myself), when the don't themselves own one but they are many default downsides to having one like having to use iTunes, but in data mode is possible with 3rd party applications, which aren't at all supported by Apple.

Apple seem to also abandoned this iPod as they don't seem to be any more firmware updates or anything, so it is more worth it to get a more modern version like the iPod nano, which is a lot smaller.

If you're on a tight budget and don't like being behind, just get one of these.
