Advantages: Small size, good quality
Disadvantages: small screen for photos and games
Portable personal music players do not get any more sexy than Apple's iPod Nano.
With a large memory capacity of 8 Gb which is enough space to store over 2,000 songs in MP3 format and upto 25,000 small photographs.
The design is simply stunning at just 0.66 cm deep with a sleek up market black finish.
Operation is extremely easy with Apples patented click wheel used to navigate through the menu system. The player has 1.5 inch colour LCD screen which is clear and bright even in the sun.t
Battery life is an impressive 24 hours for music playback, even after owning this for over a year now and probably charging it every three days it still maintains the battery capacity.
Sound quality is excellent through the supplied earphones, although they are ready to be replaced now. Connected to external loudspeakers is also a good experience, comparable with other portable unit and even smaller hi-fi units. The sound can be adjusted to suit your own taste through a built in equaliser function.
The extra features of a world clock and calendar are handy and the games are ok but the screen is a bit to small to enjoy them properly.
Summary: Sleek & sexy MP3 player
