So, a few years back I had an Ipod Mini and got put off Apple products quite a bit because it was a liability, so I turned to Creative Zen. After that broke I asked for one of these for Christmas and I was very impressed. For the avid yet quite casual music listener 4gb is a perfect amount of memory. It's very easy to use with the user being able to organise what is on the homescreen. It's also unbelievably light and the perfect sizein my opinion, not too small to be fiddly but small enough for you to not notice it. It's also very stylish.
There are a few gripes I have with it, for instance, it seems to just randomly freeze and then you have to reset the device. Another problem is the Ipod headphones, which I have also found very bad quality and easy to break. But the major gripe is when you plug it into your computer and on Itunes it forces you to put everything on your computer onto the device. It's either that or put specific playlists on, which I find very annoying because I don't want to put a load of different playlists on there, but i've got too much music to store on my Ipod.
Overall, a very good product that I would recommend but with a few small problems that annoy the user.
